专栏里的前三首歌都是老革命了，但要说到“造反神曲”，今天要介绍的这首歌资历不深，但影响力却并不输这几位老前辈。

《致民意》发行于1985年，是改编自同名长篇小说的世界著名音乐剧《悲惨世界》中的一首插曲。

按说法语版才是这首歌的原始版本，但由于1985年英国版本和1987年百老汇版本的影响太大（平时大家看到的电影选段也是英文版），所以英文版歌词更加广为人知。但是实际上我个人感觉法语版的歌词更加沉郁、更有力量，也更能够体现一往无前的革命精神。两版歌词和（未必适合演唱的）中文翻译附在文末，大家可以自己体会下。

网易云上此音乐已经全面下架，英语、法语、日语甚至荷兰语丹麦语的都找不到了，猜测原因可能是由于HK mobs从所谓“占中”时开始就常用这首歌造势。所以这里没有网易云歌单了，只能附上法语版和电影中出现的英语版，后者很多朋友可能都看过的。
